Cricket commentator sacked over TV slur

Former Australia batsman Dean Jones has been sacked by a Sri Lanka television station after a controversial remark was heard by viewers live on air. Jones allegedly termed South Africa batsman Hashim Amla "the terrorist" when he took a catch during the second Test against Sri Lanka in Colombo.
